What is the workshop like?
This two and a half hour interactive and dynamic experience will
explore the world of student leadership within the context of
music. Your students will be challenged to look in the mirror
and take ownership of the leader they have been. Then, we will
start to give them the tools to help them create the leader they
want to be.
Who should attend the workshop?
Any student who is applying for a leadership position for the
2010-2011 school year. Attending and participating in the
process will not only be critical to their success as a leader,
but will affect their ability to successfully navigate the
application process.
What does the leadership application
process look like?
This unique, five step application process is designed to
attract the right kind of servant leader. Students will complete
a service project, a resume, personal interviews and a “special
project.” These five steps are designed to display the student’s
leadership skills and give him/her an opportunity to show
leadership style and personality as well. Find out more for

What if I am not sure if I want to use your
application process?
The application process is provided to you as a resource, use as
much or as little of it as you like. Keep in mind however, that
the process has a proven track record of success and was
specifically designed to attract and reward those students with
a servant leader mindset.
Costs:
The cost is 500.00 per program and allows you to bring up to 40 students (at a cost of $12.50 per head). You can have the students, boosters, or program pay some or all of the costs. The
