Workshops & Events
Helping your team grow stronger, sharper, and more self-aware.
Let’s Do This
Build the Leaders. Shift the Culture. Spark a Team.
My sessions blend head, heart, and humor, shaped by decades of work with students and directors nationwide. Every event is designed to challenge, connect, and leave you and your team better than before.
Student Workshops
My mission is not unique, but my methods are. Let’s get your students doing more so your ensemble can get more done!

MEA Conventions
Ready to take your event to the next level? I can help you pack the house and pump up the crowd.
Student Workshops
Workshop formats for every size, school and budget.
Choose your format, location and date and I’ll handle the rest.
Single Group
Scott will spend two high energy filled hours with your entire group and then an additional hour working in a small group session with your leadership team.
Multi- Group
This format is the exact same as the single group, but allows for programs to share the costs by hosting a joint-workshop.
Pay-Per-Head
This 2.5 hour workshop is as educational as it is entertaining. Your students (or boosters) pay per head and the host receives 10% of revenues fee back for serving as the site host.
In-Service & MEA Conventions
When it comes to professional development, I don’t just bring strategies—I bring heart, humor, and the kind of real-world experience that only comes from years in the trenches. After 16 years as a high school band director and two decades working with educators across the country, I understand what this job demands—and what it deserves.
I give teachers tools they can use tomorrow and reminders of why they started in the first place. Whether it’s leadership, advocacy, or just helping folks reconnect with their “why,” my goal is simple: leave every room a little more inspired, a little more equipped, and a whole lot more energized.

Got questions? Good. That means you’re paying attention.
Even better? You’ve got backup.
Leadership is messy, loud, and complicated. If you’ve got questions, good—you’re paying attention. I’ve got answers, straight from someone who’s seen it all and somehow still loves it. I read and respond to every email (after a little coffee, of course), because leadership’s too hard to figure out alone - and you shouldn’t have to.
